But be careful, especially if you are traveling with children: There is no official hiking trail leading to the waterfall, but only a narrow, unsecured path!

Seen up close, the waterfall of Sanaspans seems to bubble down from a rocky incision above which lies nothing more than the sky. Above the two-tiered waterfall is the beautiful Alp Sanaspans with a mountain pub. Both the Alp and the Beiz are worth a visit. But also at the waterfall it is easy to rest, a beautiful barbecue area is finally available. By the way: If you want to go even higher, you can hike from Alp Sanaspans to Seelein Lai Pintg, from which the mountain stream Aua da Sanaspans rises.
