In the village stands the parish church of St. Calixtus with one of the most important carved winged altars in Graubünden. Outside are the castle ruins "Belfort" and the "Bündner Rütli" in the Außenwacht Vazerol.
The ruins of the tower stand on a small hill not far from the Julier Pass road between Marmorera and Mulegns. The interior of the tower is accessible through a small gap.

Segantini painted the first version of the picture in the Savoggnin period – probably partly on Alp Flix, as can be seen from Bice's handwritten autobiography. Segantini revised the picture 10 years later and enlarged it considerably by adding canvas.
Nature, people and their products make Parc Ela unmistakable. A real wilderness feeling and historic villages offer experiences in the heart of Graubünden.
Directly in the center is the natural ice field of Bivio. It is illuminated every evening until 19.00 o'clock and thus guarantees ice fun after the slopes.
