25.05.2024 Open doors to the Rossa camps, Val Calanca Park

On Saturday 25.05.2024 from 13:00-16:30 we are waiting for you at the Open Doors at the terraced vegetable garden of Rossa, inside the Val Calanca Park. This event is organized in collaboration with the Alberoteca and is open to families and all those who want to discover the life of the garden. During this afternoon you will be able to participate in the following activities: - Sow your future: discover the wide variety of ProSpecieRara potatoes grown in Rossa by participating in the planting. - From corn to polenta: help us prepare polenta... starting from the corn cobs harvested in the garden. At the end there will be a snack. - Mountain Herb Salt: Produce your own salt from mountain herbs and flowers harvested in Rossa's fields. Registration is not necessary, but you are welcome to register at info@parcovalcalanca.swiss. In case of rain, the event may be cancelled.
