They come from "the very top" and this origin from the sublime peaks of South Tyrol gives their sensitive, highly virtuoso playing a certain alpine flair – the finely spicy ingredient to a demanding, surprising program – a declaration of love to brass music, an unmistakable mixture of "Tyrolean serenity and Italian temperament"... Radiant, clear, refreshing like a mountain stream in midsummer – and as rousing as the same stream melting snow.

In a tongue-in-cheek, curious, cheeky and virtuoso way, a wide variety of styles and musical styles alternate, sometimes mixed and unusual sounds created.

However, the program does not "only" offer brass music, but also vocal interludes, instrument changes (accordion, drums, guitar, etc.) and small dance interludes.

Bolzano Brass is a brass ensemble, but it no longer fits into any of the common pigeonholes. They are curiously different, the six South Tyroleans and always good for a surprise.
