Rooted in tradition, but refreshingly interpreted across styles, it goes with drifthorn over hill and dale through lush alpine sound pastures. The two drifthorns Roger Konrad (alphorn, tenor horn, voice) and Bruno Zemp (alphorn, trombone) dust off traditional Swiss alphorn music. Together with Adrian Schäublin on piano & sampling, Madlaina Küng on double bass and Erich Güntensperger on drums, the musicians break new ground in folk music. As a guest, the innovative, well-known yodeller Franziska Wigger complements the soundscape of Treibhorn.
