It is the very last chance of the year to harvest the wild, untamed fruits of the Alps and preserve them for winter.In this course, you will leave the well-trodden paths of the supermarket. Together with our experts, you will embark on a fascinating discovery tour in the Alpine Garden Maran and its surroundings. You will learn not only which fruits are now perfectly ripe for harvesting but also how to handle and process them correctly. At the traditional Hotel Hof Maran, we then switch from field to enjoyment: We will taste fine wild fruit creations, process the finds right on site, and you will create your very own, wild "takeaway" for the pantry at home.
