Automation in SMEs – an answer to the shortage of skilled workers?

In response to the shortage of skilled workers, SMEs are increasingly focusing on the automation of their work processes. Developments in the technological and digital fields are now enabling innovations that were impossible a few years ago. Increasing the efficiency of work processes also offers enormous potential for SMEs in the manufacturing industry and trade to increase their quality and competitiveness. But how do you successfully get started with automation? Which factors are decisive and which stumbling blocks must be avoided? At our SME event, we will shed light on these questions. You will gain exciting insights into companies from Graubünden that have already automated processes in the core area, planning and administration. Aspects ranging from planning and implementation to the continuous improvement of automation will be addressed.
