An experimental percussion duo by and with Peter Conradin Zumthor and Paul Amereller

"A percussion duo. It would be our first concert together and it would be an attempt. But of course I believe that the project could succeed. otherwise I wouldn't even try :) The two of us would play an interlocking beat. Simple, almost technoid, rotating, focusing. The whole concert consists of this beat, which varies or turns slightly here and there. That's it. My goal would be for us to get to 40 minutes. We can hardly maintain the immense concentration required any longer :) Concentration on our part, I mean. It's easy for the audience. danceable, even. (...) So far, so chaotic."
