A 3-day getaway in the Schanfigger Mountains with overnight stays in the historic mountain inn Heimeli (Sapün) and in the mountain inn Casanna in Fondei, featuring grand enjoyment, culture, and a lot of impressive nature. You will not only discover the stunning alpine landscape but also gain fascinating insights into the flora and fauna, the power of alpine medicinal herbs, as well as the history of the free Walser people and the simple life of former times in our remote high valleys. Between informative stages and breathtaking views, a finely tuned culinary experience awaits you. On the first evening, Heimeli will treat us to a 6-course alpine gourmet menu, prepared with love and using regional and seasonal products. On the second evening, we will travel back in time to the Walser people's culinary past and discover what was on the menu back in the day. During the 3 days, we will hike from dish to dish and from valley to valley.
