Concert with ensemble z in Versam

The ensemble z has prepared a broad and exciting concert program again this year. The focus is on works from the early classical period, which sound entirely in the elegant style of the Rococo period. The trio, consisting of flute (Ursina Brun), violin (Rebecca Würth) and cello (Adrian Müller), will surprise the audience with a variety of sounds in an alternating line-up.

The duo works were written by composers of the 20th century, Paul Hindemith, Bela Bartok and Gordon Jacob, and offer a contrast to classical music. This deliberate change is an ear-opener for musical subtleties that you might otherwise hardly notice. It's like neutralizing perfume scents: you put your nose in a glass of coffee beans and then it's
free and open again for new fragrances! And that's exactly how we do it with the music at this concert: we play familiar works like Joseph Haydn's London Trio No.3 or a trio by François Devienne - and contrast it with the surprising twists or dramatic harmonies in Emil Robert Hansen's Trio.

So there is a suitable taste for every listener, from "sweet" to "dark"... As every year, we are looking forward to our loyal audience!
