Ecumenical. Community Afternoon 60+

Ecumenism needs places of encounter in order to understand each other even better. The pastors of the Reformed and Catholic regional churches have developed their own concept for this. In addition to the respective senior events of the individual parishes, two large ecumenical community afternoons take place in spring and autumn - one in the Reformed parish hall and one in the Catholic parish center.

All senior citizens from the entire Davos region are invited. While Pastor Astrid Fiehland reported on "Jewish Life" last time, on May 22, Dean Pastor Kurt B. Susak will give a lecture on the topic of "Church and Society in Transition". How did church life develop in the Landwasser Valley after the Reformation? What are the current challenges of the two regional churches with regard to congregational life and the decline in membership? How will church life be able to develop in Davos in the future so that the local church is preserved?
