Festival da Jazz: Ludovico Einaudi

It can be considered both a blessing and a curse that Ludovico Einaudi played the very first concert at Lej da Staz. The atmosphere Einaudi conjured up in this beautiful nature reserve remains unmatched to this day. His spartan and often melancholic compositions inspire dreams around the world. It's hard to imagine how powerful and captivating his music must be in the much more intimate setting of Badrutt's Palace. We nestle our heads against his sustained chords and let ourselves drift.
