Full Moon Excursion

On the excursion over dirt roads and through the forest, illuminated by the full moon, we enjoy the silence and melancholic mood. At the same time, Ostara is the spring equinox as it was celebrated by our ancestors. With awareness and mindfulness exercises, we calm our thoughts. A simple but impressive experience, we take into account the nocturnal flora and fauna. At the end we enjoy a hot tea together with a small treat.
