Wie der Hase läuft!

The Graubünden Society of Natural Sciences is celebrating its 200th anniversary this year, and the Swiss National Park is celebrating its 111th birthday. To mark the anniversary, the institutions are holding a symposium on snow hares and hares together with the Graubünden Office for Hunting and Fishing. The conference is aimed at all interested persons, experts, hunters and nature lovers. The symposium will take place in Zernez in the auditorium of the Swiss National Park and starts on 16 August at 09:30 am. All speakers are experienced "hare researchers" who shed light on different aspects of the brown hare and mountain hare (see programme under Documents). On the afternoon of 15 August, excursions to the habitats of mountain hares and brown hares will also take place. We are looking forward to many people on the topic of "old and new hands" and an exciting exchange.
