Hiking experience/workshop "Grinding stones" in the Rhine Gorge

Hike: Camping Carrera - Rain - Islawald - Carrerabach/Vorderrhein - Tälbiel - Campsite

In about 45 minutes on foot we reach our destination, the confluence of the wild Carrerabach and the Vorderhein. There we meet a variety of stones that are ideal for our
project - grinding stones. You look for your own personal stone and grind it with diamond pads in different grits to your very special lucky charm, which can then be a companion in demanding situations. Grinding itself is a process that gets the energy flowing and relaxes at the same time. Directly on the water or on the
picnic area we also enjoy our self-brought snack. Full of energy and one experience richer, we start the ascent to the campsite.

Equipment Hiking or trekking shoes, clothing adapted to the weather and season, rain and sun protection, personal medication, seat pad if available
Food: from the backpack (bring your own)
Requirements: Fitness for 5 km of leisurely hiking
