Kneipp event with afternoon snack in Bad Ragaz

At the regional rheumatism league in Bad Ragaz, you will receive input from the head of the rheumatism league counselling centre in Bad Ragaz from 1 p.m. in a specialist presentation on how pain arises and thus learn what you can contribute to reducing pain in everyday life. Afterwards you will get to know the Kneipp teaching better through the Kneipp Association Sarganserland. Under expert guidance, you activate your senses and practice health-promoting treatments according to Kneipp. The Kneipp club Sarganserland offers you a tasty herbal snack.

Meeting and welcome: 1 p.m. at the counseling center of the regional rheumatism league, Bahnhofstrasse 15 in Bad Ragaz. The presentation will begin at 1:15 p.m.

At 2 p.m., the Kneipp program starts with expert explanations and practical applications as recommended in the Kneipp teachings. Afterwards, the Kneipp Association Sarganserland will offer a fine herbal snack and you will enjoy the company of other interested or pain-affected people.
