Learning Lunch "Selbstorganisation - Wozu?"

Martin Gerber (co-initiator of Thusi's "Story" and organizational developer) tells his stories about self-organization and leadership from various companies, including the "Story". Why does that make sense? What are the benefits and what are the challenges?
Martin is an organizational developer, creative thinker & bike guide. He supports teams and organizations in their further development (self-organized, responsive, regenerative). In order to survive in our market-dynamic world. Martin can draw on a wealth of experience in larger and smaller companies, as well as various projects.

This time, the Learning Lunch will take place as a hybrid event (onsite & online) and in cooperation with miaEngiadina.

The Learning Lunch always takes place on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 12.15 - 1.15 p.m. in the "#Coworking" of the "Story". This platform is used by different speakers who like to share something and are sometimes more or less interactive with the participants. As a participant of the Learning Lunch, you can simply take your lunch with you or order something in the "#Lounge" of the "Story" and eat during it. After that, networking usually continues and guests can use the coworking for free throughout the afternoon.
