Hamid roams through Strasbourg. He belongs to the Yaqaza cell, a secret organization that tries to track down Syrian war criminals hiding from justice in Europe. After a failure, Hamid believes he has finally discovered his former tormentor. But since he has never seen his face, he is basically chasing a phantom. The organization is skeptical and wants to stop Hamid. But he is so sure that he takes up the chase like a man possessed.
