An event that accompanies the public on an exciting journey through the life and music of Giuseppe Verdi, intertwining the most significant moments of his biography with the performance of the most famous pages of his repertoire. Voice and piano dialogue with the story on stage to give a vivid and human portrait of the great composer: from the man to the artist, from personal events to the masterpieces that have marked the history of opera.

The event offers an experience that combines music, theater and storytelling, offering an intimate perspective on Verdi's universe.

The protagonists
Margherita Saltamacchia is an actress, speaker and director, graduated in Theatrical Dramaturgy at the State University of Milan and active in Ticino for over ten years, where she collaborates with the Teatro Sociale di Bellinzona and with various radio and television projects. Giovanni Scalmana, an opera singer originally from Melito di Porto Salvo, trained at the "F. Cilea" Conservatory in Reggio Calabria and performs concerts between Switzerland and Italy. Eric Eade Foster, pianist of international experience, collaborates with Italian theaters and musical institutions, including the Teatro Sociale in Como, distinguishing himself for his interpretative sensitivity and musical dialogue with the voice.
