As the weather gets cooler and autumn sets in, we invite you to a real Grisons Metzgeta in the small town.

Look forward to a warming buffet full of flavors and memories: Starting the evening with either soup or salad, before classic dishes such as blood & liver sausage, ribs, Wädli, and bacon await you at the buffet – accompanied by dried pears, sauerkraut, and buttered salted potatoes.

For a sweet conclusion, we serve burnt cream with pickled pears or semolina dumplings with berries. An evening for lovers of honest cuisine – consciously regional, consciously hearty.
