In the local history museum, people celebrate while the old mill rattles and grinds.

The Mill Day is traditionally the first event in the still young summer season in the local history museum.

At the centre is the old Walser mill, which grinds tirelessly on this day.

Next to it, the large wood-fired oven is fired up and the popular rolls are baked there, which are served for lunch.

This year, the special exhibition "Wohl oder über – Für alles ist ein Kraut wachsen" will be opened, which was created in cooperation with the Alpinum Davos.

At 11 a.m., the festival will be opened by Andrea Nold's wind class.

Fabian Reppel from the Alpinum Davos will give a short lecture on the medicinal plant exhibition at 11.45 a.m. Immediately afterwards, the festival restaurant opens and offers delicious food from the mill and local agriculture. Meanwhile, the children can linger with Andrea Birkhofer while painting medicinal plants.

From 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Elisabeth Mani will give a lecture on medicinal plants under the aspect of "Old Knowledge Rediscovered".

At 3 p.m., Fabian Reppel will again give a short lecture in the medicinal plant exhibition.

Around 4 p.m., the festival gradually comes to an end.
