The Scola da cant Surselva has been in existence for 20 years. It all started as Chor d'affons Surselva, and since 2019 it has been performing under the name Scola da cant Surselva. In these two decades, the choir has grown and matured in many ways. We would like to celebrate this anniversary and give our 80 children and our audience a special work - a work that should inspire both the youngest and the young people.

With David Flepp and Susan Rupp, we were able to gain a team of authors with great experience in theatre and storytelling. They tell the story of a person who wakes up all alone on a boat in the middle of the sea. From this frightening starting point, a turbulent journey full of adventure develops, which finally comes to a good end.

In Lorenz Dangel we have found a great composer who leads the audience through colourful and emotional worlds of sound with his music. We are very happy to be able to sing and play his music. The instrumentalist group is made up of professional musicians.
