Nathalie Adler is electrified! She has to organize the state visit of Macron and Merkel to a refugee camp in Sicily – a PR event of tremendous symbolic power. But who still believes in the EU family in the face of countless crises? Certainly not Albert, Nathalie's long-estranged son, who works as an activist for a non-profit organization in the camp. Their unexpected reunion stirs up deeply buried feelings. For Albert, Nathalie represents a hypocritical policy that doesn't care about people's real problems. The reconciliation between the two turns out to be more complicated than the explosive diplomatic mission...
