Event Arosa Lenzerheide
Oper - Viva la mamma

Description
Have you ever had a glimpse into an opera rehearsal? We demonstrate how chaotic this can be in our current production. Even before the overture begins, problems arise, as one of the singers is missing. Additionally, Mamma Agata causes an uproar with the production management, demanding a higher fee for her daughter. The missing singer is seen by Mamma Agata as an opportunity to sing herself – of course for free, but with cunning and guile to help her daughter achieve fame and honor. Finally, everyone is ready to rehearse, but then the orchestra union demands a break. At the end of the piece, it becomes clear that everything, as always, depends on money, as the main sponsor pulls back their financial commitment. And now? Maria Diaz-Coca, soprano - Sara-Bigna Janett, soprano - Patricia Zanella, soprano - Leila Scharwath, mezzo-soprano - Bettina Schneebeli, alto - Valérian Bitschnau, tenor - Martin Roth, baritone - Ahmed Lüthi, bass - Manuel Pollinger, bass
