Schneeschuhtour Bündner Haute Route / 6 Tage

Day 1
At the Julier Pass (2237m) we start our long journey and climb up through the beautiful Val d'Agnel. Via the high alpine crossing of the same name (2982m) we reach the Jenatschhütte (2654m).

Day 2
Our trail leads down into the Val Bever. There we leave the wide valley and hike southwards over the panoramic Fuorcla Suvretta (2966m) to Spinas (1815m). In the beautiful Spinas inn, we let ourselves be pampered with culinary delights.

Day 3
Today it starts comfortably, a day of relaxation is announced. The Rhaetian Railway takes us to Madulain (1684m). First we climb through the sparse larch forest, then over open Alps up to the Es-cha (2593m) hut.

Day 4
Freshly strengthened, we leave the Es-cha hut and climb up to Fuorcla Pischa (2867m). Here we descend towards Val Tuors (1996m). Through the beautiful pine forest we reach the Keschhütte (2628m).

Day 5
The extensive valley leads us to Alp Funtauna (2191m), where we reach the Dischma Valley (2209m) via the panoramic Scaletta Pass (2605m). Another ascent finally leads us to the Grialetschhütte (2540m).

Day 6
After a cozy evening in the renovated Grialetschhütte, we have a last queen stage ahead of us. Via Fuorcla Radönt (2785m) we reach Tschuggen (1937m) on the Flüela Pass. Here the alpine taxi takes us to Davos.

REQUIREMENTS: Sufficient good physical condition, experience in snowshoeing is mandatory. Enjoyment of nature and social gatherings.

MEETING POINT: Saturday, 14.03.2026 at 09:07 a.m., at the bus stop Bivio, Posta / at 09:10 a.m. the snow tour bus leaves from Bivio, Posta

ARRIVAL: As the place of return can vary, it is best to travel by public transport. Participants who arrive by car can park at the train station in Landquart.

RETURN JOURNEY: Thursday, 19.03.2026 from 4:30 p.m., Davos Dorf / when using the reserve day, the return journey will take place on Friday, 20.03.2026

FOOD / DRINK: During the day we eat from the backpack, there is the possibility to buy food after the second day of the tour. Packed lunches can also be purchased in the huts.

OVERNIGHT STAY: We spend the night in shared rooms of simple SAC huts (Jenatsch, Es-cha, Kesch and Grialetsch). An overnight stay takes place in Gasthaus Spinas in Val Bever. The use of a silk sleeping bag is mandatory.

COSTS: CHF 1060.- / CHF 1112.- (not SAC members)

INCLUDED: Five nights with half board and six professionally guided snowshoe tours by hiking guide FA.

EXCLUSIVE: Drinks, lunch, material, alpine taxi, public transport and the cost of the reserve day

REGISTRATION / PAYMENT: Registration until 13.02.2026 / after payment of the costs via IBAN or Twint, your registration is definitive

IMPLEMENTATION: The program will be adapted to the conditions. The tour can only be cancelled by the organization. In this case, you will receive a message by text message two days before the tour.

PREVENTION ON YOUR PART: No refunds can be made, find a suitable person who can replace you and take out cancellation insurance for illness and accident.
