The climate crisis does not stop at our garden door. In the Schanfigg organic garden, an innovative vegetable and herb cultivation business in the mountain region, we give an insight into how we can get closer to a climate-adapted garden with humus, sensible irrigation, home-made fertiliser and new plant varieties. After the course there will be a market stall with fresh vegetables.

On request, a guided tour for groups of 6 or more people is also possible on another Friday.
