For families with children, lessons are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., for leaders of sports clubs and individual athletes from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The lessons are free of charge and no registration is necessary.
