Spring on the Mountain - Mountain Flowers Guided Tour

In July, the mountains bloom in all colors. The variety of mountain flowers is particularly impressive: bright purple globe flowers, various types of gentian and alpine roses in rich pink to delicate pink. Many of these plants live in close partnership with insects – a fascinating interplay that can be observed along the way.

The path is easy and easy to walk. It takes us from the Nagens Sura mountain station comfortably down to Nagens, on to Tschans and to the Stalla Alp Nagens. Then it goes past the Nagens reservoir back uphill to the Segneshütte - with a short detour to an idyllic pond on the Flem. On the way we eat from the backpack.

The special feature: We hike very close to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sardona. The traces of the earth's history – of rock layers over 250 million years old – lie right before our eyes.
