Terroir Talente

From 30 June to 4 July 2026, the Scalottas terroir will be all about the next generation. Eight apprentices from the Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide create a unique culinary experience together with chef and host Hansjörg Ladurner.

During the project week, the young talents visit regional producers, discover the stories behind the products and jointly develop a menu that brings regionality, quality and sustainability to the plate.

On Saturday, 04 July 2026, you will have the opportunity to experience the creations of the apprentices for yourself. Look forward to an exclusive 5-course menu including drinks for CHF 140 per person.
