THE FASCINATION OF WRESTLING

From 29 to 31 August 2025, the Federal Wrestling and Alpine Festival (ESAF) will take place in Glarus this year. Once again, it shows how much the sport of wrestling is linked to the Swiss DNA.

In the new, in-house dialogue format of the VERRUCANO MELS, sports presenter Manuel Rothmund will dedicate an evening to this Swiss fascination. Guests are Nöldi Forrer and Daniel Bösch, two of the most successful St.Gallen wrestlers. Together, they give insights into their lives, which are firmly rooted in wrestling, and report on exciting ESAF experiences. Excerpts from Nöldi Forrer - the film (A Will of Titan) provide good entertainment and a topic of conversation.
