Event Davos Klosters
The Penguin Lessons

Description
The true story of a teacher who rescued a penguin in Uruguay and brought it to his classroom in Argentina. | Movie in English with German subtitles (German subtitles).
CINEMA | Comedy
Tom (Steve Coogan), a grumpy teacher, English through and through, comes to Buenos Aires in the 1970s to teach English at a boys' boarding school. In the midst of the unrest of the military coup, his students are also rebellious and incorrigible. That doesn't make it any easier for Tom. But his life takes an unexpected turn when one day he saves the life of a penguin on the oil-polluted beach of Uruguay and can't get rid of it despite all his efforts. The penguin moves into Tom's terrace, becomes a loyal friend to him and a trusted penguin for his students. Penguins are not only incredibly cute, but also excellent listeners.
