Tibadas 2025 in Sumvitg

The Tiba is a traditional signal and shepherd's horn from the Sutselva and Surselva regions. Since 2013, the Museum Regiunal Surselva has been organizing the annual Tibadas on the eve of the Assumption of Mary, i.e. on August 14 – each time at a different location in the Surselva. This year, the wind instruments will sound with a Tiba relay and an open-air concert in Sumvitg.

At the Tibadas 2025 in Sumvitg, other groups will perform alpine instruments and alpine songs in addition to the intermezzos of the Tibas, staged by Heinz Girschweiler. On the one hand, the Uniun da platialas Muraun, as well as alphorn players from the region.
