Guided hike from Praden to Lüen with comments on the sound installations "Fernsein" and "Wellen" On the trails of sound: Experience cultural history in Schanfigg and immerse yourself in the sound world of the valley. As part of the major project “[tʃlˈfɪk]: Sounding Cultural History in Schanfigg,” there will be different sound installations and objects to discover in various villages in Schanfigg during the summer months starting in 2024. The approximately 15 sound installations make the cultural history of Schanfigg tangible on both sides of the valley. On Saturday, June 21, 2025, the two stations "Fernsein" and "Wellen" will be explored along the village path Schanfigg from Praden to Lüen. They commemorate the emigrations from Praden and play with the theme of "Wellen" concerning water and electricity at the Water Castle. Interesting backgrounds to the historical contexts and their artistic elaboration await, not to mention the wonderful nature of Schanfigg.
