VINORA is a new student concept: personal, connecting, and without stiff distance. We take classic components of Graubünden cuisine and reinterpret them in a modern, creative way with a joy for sharing. Wine accompanies the evening as a common thread, complemented by storytelling about Graubünden and the Romansh culture. Enjoyment at eye level. Craftsmanship with heart.
On two special evenings, March 9 and 10, students from EHL Hotel School Passugg invite you to the Salon Rosso in the Kurhaus Lenzerheide to rediscover the culinary delights of Graubünden. Rooted in tradition, inspired by regional products, and supported by artisanal skills, a 5-course culinary experience emerges that tells stories honestly, modernly, and with great attention to detail. In the afternoon, the wine cellar opens for a sensual interlude of wine, art, and creativity.
At Sip & Paint, wine is experienced in a different way—not analytically, not didactically, but emotionally, intuitively, and playfully. Guests taste selected wines and translate their impressions of color, structure, aroma, and mood directly into an artistic expression.
It’s not about technique or perfection, but about perception, interpretation, and personal experience.
