Wilde (Un)Kraut Tavolata

We will serve you a wild multi-course menu, while Gisula Tscharner will accompany you through the evening with her love of herbs and great plant knowledge.

Gabrielle Frey kicks things off, or rather ascent, with a wild herb hike. It shows the plants in the wild, which we will serve you later in the Feldis ski hut.

After the big feast, an extra chairlift ride takes you back down to Feldis (SSF car park). Or even more conveniently, you stay on the mountain, let the evening end in a relaxed way and spend the night with us in the cozy dormitory or in the exclusive yurt.

Program:

• At 1:00 p.m., the wild herb hike with Gabrielle Frey and Renata Huonder starts on the village square in Feldis to the ski hut.
  
  Please bring:
  - Weatherproof shoes with good tread
  - Clothing appropriate for the weather
  - Drink and small snack if required
  - Condition for an ascent of 500 meters in altitude
  - CHF 25.00 per person for hiking accompaniment
  
  
• At 5:00 p.m., the multi-course Tavolata begins with performative stories by Gisula Tscharner.
  During the aperitif and dinner between the courses, the self-proclaimed old bear Gisula Tscharner tells us crazy and strange experiences about plants, trees and other plants.
  
  
• 10.15 p.m. Extra chairlift ride for 10 or more people to Feldis (SSF car park). Price for chairlift ride CHF 10.00 per person.
  Hiking down as a digestive walk is also recommended, with a headlamp and warm clothing.
  
  Alternative: Spend the night in the cozy dormitory in the attic.
  - Hut packing list: Good sleeping bag, toiletries, finches (a box full of hats), cash (or TWINT) and Oropax if needed

Registration required by 11 September, 5.00 pm. The Tavolata can also be booked separately, without hike and overnight stay.
