Wildkraut trifft Kochtopf am Feuer

Nature has an impressive variety of edible wild herbs in store for us. Join us on a leisurely hike where we will learn about seasonal wild herbs, collect them and learn more about their fascinating properties. Afterwards, we prepare the collected herbs together by the fire to create culinary delicacies and enjoy their aromas in a cozy atmosphere.

In this workshop you will learn how to safely identify wild herbs, learn more about their valuable ingredients and their possible applications.

Clothing adapted to the weather and good footwear are required. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
