A work inspires a yoga class around a topic with yoga teacher Sabine Roder: The Holy Cow. In this class we dedicate ourselves to the symbolic meaning of the cow in yoga. It is a symbol of patience, abundance, grounding and devotion. The "sacred cow" reminds us to go through life with compassion, mindfulness and respect – towards ourselves, others and nature. With grounding asanas, gentle flows and meditative elements, we immerse ourselves in the quality of presence and inner richness.
