Yoga & Töpfern im Valposchiavo

Experience grounding and creative days, find peace in the here and now and let yourself be pampered by the local slow food cuisine of Valposchiavo. At our new Yoga & Pottery Retreat from 12 to 15 February 2026, we will combine mindful movement with craft creativity and give you a decelerating break in the wintry mountains of Graubünden.

Daily yoga and meditation sessions in the warm Swiss stone pine hall of the historic monastery or outside in quiet places of power in nature give you peace and new energy. In the pottery workshops, you will immerse yourself in the world of handicraft design and form vessels with your own hands that you can take home with you - as a reminder of this special time.

Culinarily, you will be spoiled with warming alpine slow food cuisine, which combines regional ingredients from Valposchiavo with traditional recipes.

Stay in the charming monastery in the heart of Poschiavo and have access to a nearby spa area. The daily routine includes morning yoga, a leisurely breakfast, creative pottery sessions, winter hikes or alone time, warming lunches and evening yoga classes or meditations. We end the day with a fine dinner together.

The price includes three nights with breakfast, the Valposchiavo Guest Card for free travel on public transport in the valley, all yoga and meditation lessons, the pottery workshops including material and shipping, a guided winter hike as well as two lunches, a lunch picnic and two dinners. The regional and homemade dishes provide enjoyment and warmth in the quietest time of the year.
