The Hotel Schloss Ragaz is nestled in a romantic castle park with old trees on the outskirts of the picturesque spa town of Bad Ragaz. It is adjacent to two golf courses and the public thermal bath Tamina Therme is also in the immediate vicinity. Restaurant/Bar In the castle restaurant, we cook with passion and joy, with seasonal and regional dishes at the centre. Please note that we do not offer "à la carte" in the evening, but our evening menu as well as 1-2 weekly specials. At lunchtime, we serve dishes from our seasonal menu. Wine lovers can expect a large selection of local wines. In summer, the large sun terrace invites you to linger. The lounge is the ideal place for an aperitif.
Rooms General Discover the wide range of rooms available in the hotel - from the traditional castle rooms in the main building to the residence rooms in the annex building. In addition, modern pavilions with 6-8 rooms each await you in the castle park for a unique stay. Our spa lodges offer luxurious glamping rooms for those looking for a unique experience. Wellness & Spa The hotel has a small wellness area (300 m2) with Finnish log cabin sauna, soft sauna, steam and fragrance bath, bubble baths, relaxation room, as well as an outdoor swimming pool (open from May to approx. September) in the park. Sweeten your stay with a visit to the relaxation oasis and discover our range of massages. The public Tamina Therme of Bad Ragaz is also in the immediate vicinity (special packages can be booked on request). Discounted admission is available at the reception on request.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The bath & sauna area in the Tamina Therme will be closed from April 13, 2024 to the beginning/middle of October 2024 due to a major overhaul. The Café Therme, the Therme boutique and the range of treatments are still available.
The Tamina Gorge, which is steeped in history, and the wine-growing region of the Bündner Herrschaft are not far from the hotel. The hotel offers special rates for TCS members on request.
