Description

With Kaminspitze as the goal in sight, this day route first leads over the lovely high plateau of St. Margrethenberg then across the Fürggli to Alp Maton. From there it is just a stone's throw to the Chimmispitz. Once at the top, small caves and the impressive border stone wall between the cantons of St. Gallen and Graubünden enchant.

Public Transport

By train to Bad Ragaz, then continue by bus to the Pfäfers Post stop and then change to the bus to St. Margrethenberg.

Travel Information

Motorway exit Bad Ragaz, then follow the main road to Pfäfers and then follow the signs to St. Margrethenberg Tristeli.

Public parking at Tristeli on St. Margrethenberg available (paid).
