The sensory course is an ideal experience for the whole family. Here the children get to know, love and respect nature.

The ARMONIA sensory trail in the enchanting forest of Garbella offers a moment of intense exchange and reunion with nature, to which man is inseparable. Scents, shapes, colors, sensations and sounds stimulate perception, increase life energy and inner peace. The path should be walked barefoot to facilitate this journey from the outside world to the inner world.

The yoga positions should be held for 6-8 breaths and the asymmetrical positions should be repeated on the other side. When you go to the next position, concentration should be maintained. You walk slowly and follow the rhythm of breathing. With every step you can feel the sensations of the soles of the feet and the contact with the earth, the GREAT MOTHER. You can feel the silence... Silence is the door to the soul! Good practice!
