During daytime, you can satisfy you small or big hunger in our daytime restaurant with adjoining sun terrace. In addition to the main menu, we offer changing day dishes, homemade cakes and pastry. 

In our à la carte restaurant, Locanda, we spoil you with a lot of culinary delights at the highest level. To our half pension guests, we offer an alternative with our meat fondue (Chinoise or Bourgignonne) - a great highlight in your holidays. 

Our à la Carte guests can choose between our traditional meat fondue and creating a felixible menu. 

At the restaurant “artis by Tristan Brandt”, guests can look forward to a bistro-style culinary experience during the winter season: the culinary team, led by culinary patron Tristan Brandt together with head chef Fabian Saalfeld, invites guests to experience an extraordinary variety of flavors. Tristan Brandt is a top chef, former youngest two-star chef in Germany, culinary consultant and entrepreneur for national and international gourmet experience concepts. 

The very traditional Restaurant Burestübli invites you to cherish a grand View, a cosy warm welcome and stay.Local Specialities Cheese Fondue, or Raclette are served daily.The Winelist with it's emphasis on local wines is completed with a international selection.

Ample parking, and the free local Bus ( Busstop Prätschli ) as well as the Tobbogan Run, the Skilift Prätschli, and the Childrens Slopes " Honigland" are at the doorstep, just like the trailheads for hikes in summer and winter !

Our Prätschli-Stall

Our Prätschli-Stall has cult status among guests beyond the borders of Arosa. Located right next to the hotel, you will find exactly what your heart desires: a cosy hut atmosphere, crackling open fire, warming drinks and hearty dishes.

In winter, the Prätschli-Stall is a popular place to go for après-ski, with a lively crowd of skiers and snowboarders. And in the evening you can enjoy a raclette or cheese fondue with family or friends.

During the summer, we will spoil you with Grisons specialities, seasonal dishes and, of course, the well-known and popular Stall-Schnitzel. When the weather is fine, you can enjoy the sun on our wonderful terrace. (fondue and raclette in summer only available if ordered in advance)
