Directions
The start is at 1240 m above sea level in Churwalden. From there, you run past the Hemmi restaurant towards Büel, Foppa. Then begins a longer uphill section to Büel, Foppa. In Foppa, you reach an asphalt road towards Parpan. After about 1 km, you leave the road to the right onto a narrow path towards Mittelberg. In Mittelberg, turn left onto an asphalt road leading to Parpan. At the first junction in Parpan, turn right towards the main road and just before the main road, turn left uphill to the Hotel Alpina. After the bus stop, turn left and then immediately twice right. This leads you directly onto a narrow path that goes over roots up to Valbellnerhöhe. From there, it goes down to Canols where you cross the main road. Past the kiosk Canols, you go one round to the right around Lake Heid. At the Rothorn valley station, an underpass leads to the other side of the road. After the underpass, the route goes sharply right directly and along the road for about 100 m. Then the side road is crossed and you continue the last kilometers through the forest. After about 1.5 km on a gravel road in the forest, another side road and the main road at the underpass are crossed again. Then comes the finish at the schoolhouse in Lenzerheide.
