Description
The short, two-and-a-half-kilometer Prau loop is perfect for beginners and those who want to enjoy themselves. With a magnificent view of the mountains and into the Surselva towards Oberalp, you’ll just fly over the snow. Particularly picturesque is the view of the Baselgia church tower. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, the trail is also illuminated until 9 p.m. You can find all information here: flimslaax.com/langlauf/track/index/40847925.
Hidden Gem
Use the larger trail during the day and the shorter one in the evening.
Safety Note
The trails cross the winter hiking paths at various points—so watch out for pedestrians.
Equipment
Cross-country skiers have a changing room and toilets available at the trail start. Next to it, the Selva Club operates its trail café, the "Tegia nordica," where cross-country skis and equipment can also be rented.
Directions
The start is at the Tegia Nordcia cross-country skiing center. Right next to it is the Sagogn, Vitg Dado PostBus stop. There are also plenty of parking spaces available here.
