Description

Without a long warm-up, you immediately head uphill through the Arosa ski area, encountering ski lifts and their masts everywhere. When we then pass under the Hörnli, we have practically reached the height and deserve a first refreshment at the Hörnlihütte on the ridge.
The next section clearly shows its alpine character; our singletrail leads through a rocky landscape, first slightly downhill, then gently uphill. Shortly before the Urdenfürggli, from where you can reach Lenzerheide, we turn right downhill to the Urder Augstberg.
The valley quickly becomes more charming and greener, and on our right, the Urdensee greets us. A well-ridable singletrail downhill awaits us until after crossing the Urdenbach, where we have to pedal briefly once more. The following section along the tree line to Arosa offers magnificent panoramic views over the Schanfigg. On the Ochsenalp, another refreshment awaits before we take on the last kilometers back to Arosa.

Hidden Gem

A short rest break on the charmingly furnished terrace of the Hörnlihütte. An ideal bike stop - if necessary, a small workshop is also available.
