Kulinarische Rundwanderung Tujetsch

The culinary journey begins at the Hotel/Restaurant Krüzli in Sedrun. After a refreshment, it is time to lace up your hiking boots and follow the route via Camischolas in the direction of Rueras. On the way, you can fill your backpack diligently with fine products from the farm shops and take an enjoyable break at Camping Viva. The idyllic nature campsite has a charming restaurant with terrace and offers homemade and regional dishes. Through the shady Surreiner Forest, the route continues to the Lag da Claus, where you can jump into the fresh, cool water. Here in the Ustria, the "Clau", the Tujet brother of the widely known "Hugo" – an aperitif drink with white wine from the Bündner Herrschaft and local syrup – also provides refreshment.

The culinary hike in Sedrun is one of six excursion routes of "da nus - products regiunals". "da nus" stands for the regional cuisine of the upper Surselva. There are other culinary hikes in Disentis/Mustér, Medel/Lucmagn, Sumvitg, Trun and Breil/Brigels.
