Description
The tour starts at the Nagens Sura mountain station, which you can reach via the FlemXpress from Flims.
The first few meters lead downhill toward the water reservoir, followed by a scenic traverse across the Platt Alva to the Segenshütte hut.
After a gentle loop around the lower Segensboden, a nationally significant flat moor, the ascent to the summit begins.
From the Grauberg summit, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and the iconic Tschingelhörner peaks.
The trail then climbs steadily through the Ofen area to the Grischsattel saddle. The final exposed ridge to the summit requires a steady head and surefootedness.
The descent follows the ridgeline toward Vorab, where you’ll join the Vorab Trail, continuing until you reach Point 2271.
The final stretch takes you on a traverse back to Berghaus Nagens. From there, you can either hike a short distance up to the Nagens Sura station and enjoy a relaxing ride back to the valley – or take the shuttle bus from Nagens.
