Description

The ascent from St. Martin to Heitelpass leads over the alpine path through shaded fir forest to the Malanseralp. On the ascent, there is a unique view of the Ringel group and the Sardona mountains. Opposite the Chüetal lies very close the rock niche where since 2010 the first 10 bearded vultures north of the Alpine ridge have been released in Switzerland. It is not uncommon to catch sight of these majestic birds. The idyllic Heitelseeli, an abundance of flowers as far as the eye can see, and the spray waterfalls of Batöni are further highlights. Experienced eyes can also spot marmots and chamois.

Hidden Gem

The cozy lounge in the restaurant at Saint Martin invites you to relax with a drink or a meal.

Safety Note
