Details
Description
The starting point is the Engadin village of Sent or the former spa hotel Val Sinestra. Both starting points are accessible by public transport. From Sent, walk the first just under six kilometers on a forest road, without major ascent, to the Val Sinestra hotel. Below the majestic former spa hotel, you first cross the Brancla. In the forest, follow the stream upward and cross two suspension bridges. Afterwards, the valley opens up, and you reach the guesthouse and restaurant Hof Zuort.
The forest turns into pastureland, and you reach the settlement of Griosch. The restaurant Tanna da Muntanella is located at the turning point of the hike. From there, you no longer walk further into the valley but march on the newly created hiking trail at the edge of meadows and woods above the forest road back towards Vnà. Via this path, you reach the hamlet of Vnà after about five kilometers.
The path can also be walked in the opposite direction starting from Vnà.
