Description

From the start in Vnà, the route first leads through a wooded area before climbing up to Piz Arina. Once at the top, a wonderful view over the valley rewards the effort. After the descent, a walk through the beautiful Engadin village of Tschlin is worthwhile, and if possible, you can taste the famous Tschlin beer.

Public Transport


  • Hourly with the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or Upper Engadin) to Scuol-Tarasp

  • Hourly PostAuto from Scuol, station to Ramosch, Fermada. Change there and continue to Vnà, Jalmèr

Travel Information


  • From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadin on H27

  • From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards St. Moritz on H27

  • From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27


Ramosch lies directly on the Engadin road H27. It is a 5-minute drive to Vnà.

Free parking spaces are available directly at the start of the hike, at the bus stop in Vnà
